Born in Châteauroux April 15, 1883 and died in Malakoff March 9, 1958. Louis Moreau was a painter, engraver, illustrator and French activist.
Louis Moreau studied lithography before settling in Paris where he worked as a professional painter and engraver. He participated in the creation of the magazine "Les Temps Nouveaux" and worked for the editions "Pot Cassé"
Always linked to the world of press, he created illustrations and worked in numerous journals such as "Semeur" and "La Forge" during the First World War and then at "La Revue Anarchiste", "L'en Dehors", "L'Unique" and finally "L'Homme et la Vie" during the Second World War.
