Charlie Tomorrow was born in Bonn, Germany. In 1972 he moved to Flensburg and since 1974 has been working as a freelance artist in the disciplines of painting, installation, sound art and video. In 1980, Charlie Tomorrow moved to Berlin, continued painting and began creating electronic music in the visual arts, developing multimedia projects with other artists. Since that same year, he has been working with artist Cora Van. In 1994 he moved to Mexico. From 1984, he participated in and organized individual and group exhibitions in various European countries, the United States and Mexico; among them the National Arts Center of Mexico, the Francisco Goitia museum, in Zacatecas, the La Chapelle-Saint-Jean museum, Garde-Freinet (France), the Old San Agustín temple, Zacatecas, the Casa Redonda museum, Chihuahua and the Manuel Felguérez abstract art museum in Zacatecas. Ch. Tomorrow is a member of the Colectivo Negro Group and co-founder of the “vega m57 contemporary art gallery” located in Real de Catorce, San Luis Potosí, Mexico, where he lives.
