Biography
CZES?AW GA?U?NY (born in 1951)
Polish artist. He specializes in painting, drawing, interior design, mural painting, sculpture and education.
Member of the Association of Polish Artists, Association Artistic Creation of Common Europe, a founding member of the Association of Polish Pastel Artists. He has participated in about 300 exhibitions - environmental, national and international, and presented his paintings at 70 individual exhibitions.
He received numerous awards and honors, among other: award sponsored by the Ministry of Culture and Arts at the Biennial Pastel in BWA in Nowy Sacz, award at the National Exhibition of Painting in BWA in Czestochowa, first prize winner at the Second International Biennial Pastel Nowy Sacz, 2004. In September 2013 he was awarded at the Sixth International Biennial Pastel in Nowy Sacz (as one of the winners) with a Medal of the Association of Polish Pastel.
