Biography
With wide experience as a creative and art director for various agencies, he has also developed a long career as an illustrator for the main publications in Spain and the USA.
Since the end of the 90's his illustrations are requested by major publications. His best known work may be his characters in the supplement LA LUNA, a sign of identity of the newspaper EL MUNDO.
He collaborates in magazines like VANITY FAIR, THE NEW YORKER, ROLLING STONE, ESQUIRE, HARPER'S BAZAAR, VOGUE, YODONA, VANIDAD, etc.
His work has been awarded a gold medal, two silver and several mentions at the SND International Awards (Society for News Design-USA) and is mentioned in multiple publications.
He has published two books with his illustrations: RETRATOS and BIS, the last one inspired by the collection CHERCHEZ LA FEMME that has been exhibited in various art galleries.
