SHIM SANG OK is a sculptor ad ceramist born in South Korea in 1940, after studying in South Korea and Japan and a Solo Show in Paris in 1983 the artist is selected for the South Korean artistic team of Art Olympiads organized by Lise Cormery Gallery for the French Olympic Commitee in 1991 and 1992 in Paris.  It was following the famous 1988 Art Olympiads in Seoul with its sculpture and painting museums created for the event in order to invite and show the art of major international artists of the century.
