Presentation

Jeremy Bianco is an emerging Australian artist and established designer based in Vicenza, Italy.
"My artistic journey reflects my evolution from the digital world of 3D animation to the tangible realm of painting. After years in television advertising, I yearned for a creative outlet that would endure beyond fleeting moments on screens. Painting became my creative sanctuary during a hiatus from design, providing the permanence and personal expression I was looking for.
Initially, my artistic path was illuminated by the allure of Mad Men-era advertising and the cinematic glamor of 1950s and '60s movie posters, often featuring icons like Elizabeth Taylor. These first explorations took place in acrylic.
In 2020, I switched to oil, marking a decisive turning point in my journey. It was during this phase that I fell in love with the stars of Hollywood's Golden Age. Icons like Audrey Hepburn have graced my canvases, their timeless beauty and grace capturing my imagination.
My artistic evolution continued when I discovered the profound influence of the famous photographer Peter Lindbergh. His emotionally resonant, unretouched style sparked a desire to expand my artistic vision. I set out to paint contemporary portraits, dancers and life-size models, expanding my canvas to encapsulate the beauty and character of the human form.
In 2019, during an extended stay in Italy, my art evolved from a cherished hobby to a dedicated pursuit. This experience was a turning point, crystallizing my commitment to making art more than just a hobby. In August 2022, I made the exciting move to Northern Italy, where I continued to immerse myself in the art world, perfect my craft and draw inspiration from my new surroundings.
Reflecting on my recent participation at the Art3F Paris 2024 International Contemporary Art Fair, I was delighted to have had the opportunity to present my work alongside talented artists, from Europe to Japan. This marked an important step in my professional artistic journey. As I continue to explore, create and evolve, I look forward to sharing my work with audiences around the world. With this in mind, I am delighted to announce my upcoming exhibition of “The Birth of Venus" at MONAT gallery in Madrid later this year. Exhibition dates will be announced soon, and I look forward to having the opportunity to engage with Madrid's vibrant art scene. Furthermore, I am proud to have recently participated in the exhibition "Marea" at the MONAT gallery in Madrid, which took place from February 6 to 20, and at the prestigious (un)fair Milano, where I had the privilege to exhibit alongside esteemed artists from around the world. These experiences have not only broadened the reach of my art, but also provided invaluable opportunities to connect with diverse audiences and creatives."
