Véronique Fournier

Born near Nancy, I grew up in the Paris region and I currently live there... but it is in the Hautes-Alpes that my heart is set and where I escape as soon as possible, thus crossing my most beautiful photographic playground!

After two master's degrees in sports, I let myself be caught up by my passion for nature in general and more particularly for marine mammals and worked as an animal caretaker (dolphins and sea lions), then as a person in charge of educational missions in an amusement park, to create and develop school activities around these extraordinary animals.

It is with them, and during some beautiful trips, that photography became an obvious part of my life...

Convinced of the need to "reconnect" people to Nature and to protect our beautiful planet, I created NaturAnima in 2009, a self-employed company specialized in Environmental Education, while obtaining the same year the university diploma "Methods and Techniques of Animal and Nature Photography" given at the IFFCAM (Institut Francophone de Formation au Cinéma Animalier

of Ménigoute).

My love for equestrian photography came gradually and naturally, first as an accompaniment to my daughter, a passionate and skilled rider, then out of love (rediscovered!) for this animal that already fascinated me in childhood...

Nature animation and photography are for me closely linked and allow me to share my wonderment in front of a rich, astonishing, fascinating and yet every day a little more abused Nature... My passion for the great spaces and the wild fauna is also expressed

with great pleasure through sculpture and modeling, which I discovered about ten years ago.
