Description
This modern sculpture, dominated by clean, geometric lines, rises with striking elegance. Composed of two interlocking arched forms, the work cleverly plays with balance and symmetry. The hematite patina lends a visual and tactile density to the piece, while accentuating its well-defined contours. The polished surface subtly reflects light, generating nuances that alter spatial perception depending on the viewing angle. Through its bold design and understated simplicity, this piece embodies a dialogue between space, matter, and form, captivating the observer and inviting contemplation. Each angle reveals a new perspective, demonstrating exceptional artistic mastery.
Presentation
Antoine Leclercq strives to ensure that his works fit into the landscape, without imposing themselves. Abstractions, clean and simple lines, his sculptures are part of a modernist lineage of contemporary monumental sculpture in corten steel.
His experience as a landscape architect (Agronomic Faculty of Gembloux Belgium - 2010) allows Antoine Leclercq to present sculptures which can be sized in the appropriate format for their environment.
