His artistic journey led him to develop the innovative "Figurasynthèse" technique, a dynamic fusion of abstraction and figurative elements. This distinctive approach, characterized by bold, colorful forms and a blend of fluidity and structure, allowed Stoëbel to express the complexity of the human experience and the depths of his imagination.
In 2024, Edgar Stoëbel's legacy was celebrated through several key exhibitions, showcasing the continued relevance of his work and his lasting impact on the art world. One notable event was the exhibition "Edgar Stoëbel, une vie artistique dans le 9ème", held at the Bibliothèque Louise Walser-Gaillard in Paris from November to December. This exhibition featured a diverse range of Stoëbel's works, including both his naïve and abstract pieces, as well as the signature Figurasynthèses that made him a notable figure in contemporary art.
Additionally, Stoëbel's works were displayed at "thecamp" in Aix-en-Provence on July 13, 2024.
