This artwork is part of an author's series inspired by Mikhail Bulgakov's novel The Master and Margarita. It is dedicated to Chapter 21 of the novel, when Margarita flies to the witches' Sabbath. In this painting, the artist goes beyond traditional styles, using compositional techniques inspired by Matisse, opening new paths for the evolution of her art.

Presentation
Lena Langer (Elena Troyanova) lives and works in the city of Elektrougli, Moscow region. From 2021 takes part in Russian and foreign exhibitions and competitions. Her works are included in private collections in Russia, China, Turkey and the USA.
In 2022, she studied at the School of Abstract Art (Moscow) and opened an ART studio at the Center for Culture and Art in Elektrougli. In 2023, she received a grant to study at the Academy "OP-POP-ART (Moscow) for the academic course "Art History" (diploma).
In 2024, together with the company Glass Factory, she launched a series of glasses "Langer" depicting her paintings. And also entered the Moscow School of Contemporary Art (diploma). Among the numerous group exhibitions in which Lena took part, special mention should be made of “Weightlessness" at AnkaraArtFair (Ankara, Turkey, 2023), “Beyond the Mirrors" in the Pavlodar Regional Art Museum (Pavlodar, Kazakhstan, 2024) and “Weightlessness" as part of the project “The Word of the Russian Heart" at the Beijing Exhibition Center (Beijing, China, 2024). Lena has experience in personal exhibitions, for example, exhibitions at the Center for Culture and Art and the Art Gallery of the city of Elektrougli, an exhibition at GGallery in the city of Samara and an exhibition at the Museum and Exhibition Center in the city of Reutov.
Currently she is working on a new series of works “Silence" for the personal exhibition “COLOR, CONTRAST and LINE" at the Temp cultural center, Moscow.
