Description
Acrylic & oil on canvas
Vibrant energy defines this composition. Bold strokes of green cut through a deep atmospheric backdrop. The palette pulses with contrast. Cool indigoes meet sudden streaks of crimson. These colors create a sense of nocturnal mystery. The paint is applied with confidence. Thick textures emerge across the surface. Organic forms twist and bend. They suggest botanical growth or fluid movement. There is a raw emotional quality to the brushwork. The shapes feel spontaneous and alive. Light seems to emanate from within the shapes. This generates a luminous effect against the dark void. The artist explores the boundary between abstraction and nature. Every gesture feels urgent. The eye travels through a rhythmic dance of pigment. The balance of warm and cold tones adds tension to the scene. Fine details emerge in the layering of the acrylics. A small sliver of bright blue anchors the upper right corner. This point of light balances the heavy shadows below. The final result is a visceral exploration of color and form.

Painting process is a kind of a thinking process to me.
Sometimes you get distracted, other times you're fully invested. It's a dynamic process both emotionally and conceptually. My paintings are products of this thinking process which I then observe. Through these observations I analyze my internal, spiritual state and my position in relation to the universe.
My intention is not to contain the dialogue within my own world, therefore I open up the conversation with a question. I title my paintings as a question in order to spark the desire for exploration within the viewers themselves.
The main accent of my paintings is a state of transcendence. In this state of liminality the relationship between familiar and unfamiliar takes you through a mysterious experience.
