Description
Echoes of October captures the fleeting beauty of an autumn forest through layers of expressive colour. Horizontal bands of warm terracotta, russet, crimson and deep burgundy intertwine with softer shades of lavender, dusty pink and cool blue, evoking the shifting colours of leaves, the warmth of fading sunlight and the quiet shadows between the trees. Rather than depicting the forest literally, the painting distils its atmosphere into colour, rhythm and texture, transforming a familiar landscape into an abstract visual memory. Each layer feels like an echo of the passing season - a fragment of warmth, a fading light, a moment suspended between change and stillness. This original acrylic painting on paper measures 35 × 50 cm and will be carefully packed and shipped in a protective box.
Presentation
TeYa Noor is a self-taught Egyptian contemporary abstract artist whose practice explores the intersection of geometric abstraction and the essence of landscape. Working primarily with acrylic on canvas, she creates minimalist compositions that reduce visual experience to its most fundamental elements, color, proportion, rhythm, and space.
Her work is rooted in the belief that abstraction can communicate what representation cannot. Whether through structured geometric forms or expansive horizontal compositions, TeYa Noor seeks to evoke atmosphere rather than depict place, allowing the familiar to dissolve into emotional perception.
Guided by intuition and a refined sense of balance, she builds each painting through layered acrylic surfaces where every gesture remains visible. Negative space, restrained palettes, and deliberate relationships between form and color become essential components of her visual language.
By removing the unnecessary, TeYa Noor creates paintings that invite contemplation, offering quiet spaces where viewers can slow down, reflect, and discover personal meaning beyond narrative.
