Description
This dynamic artwork features two children in expressive and symbolic costumes. On the right, a girl wears a traditional Native American headdress, painted bright red on her face, captivated in a cry of proclamation. On the left, a boy in a blue mask, his hands raised in theatricality, adds a playful and mysterious dimension. The contrast of the bright red and blue colors stands out against the neutral background, immediately drawing the eye. The precise details of the facial features and clothing textures enrich the depth of the image. The work skillfully blends popular culture and historical symbolism, inviting reflection on identity and the child's imagination. The bold use of graphic style and stencil technique gives a unique vitality to the piece. A captivating work that questions and amazes with its duality and visual power.
Presentation
Street actor and screen-graffiti artist since the mid-1990s, fan of alternative cultures, RNST explores and has fun with urban art in forms as diverse as graffiti, poster creation, collage and stencils. From 2009 he officially reinvested in the streets around intense work with stencils and gluing of screen prints. His workshop is a street outpost in which he mixes recipes, colors and genres. RNST's speech and work are imbued with two constants: provocative and romanticism. This graphic activist reminds us that current events and public space must not escape us and this is where the artist comes to position himself.
