Description
An imaginary sanctuary unfolds before our eyes. This acrylic painting transports us to a fantastic world where nature reclaims its rights. The composition is organized around a luminous opening, a true window onto a dreamlike sky.
The gaze travels between land, air, and water. A pink flamingo stands with grace near a lush shore. A toucan observes the scene from a gnarled branch, surrounded by colorful butterflies. Orcas swim in the air, defying the laws of gravity.
The artist mixes the species with precision. Tropical fish and marine mammals coexist in a borderless space. The plant details, from dense leaves to exotic flowers, reinforce the immersive aspect of the painting. The soft light highlights the roundness of the stars in the background, suggesting an extraterrestrial landscape.
This work created in 2025 explores the notion of refuge for fragile species. Each stroke emphasizes a desire to preserve the beauty of living things. The whole forms a hybrid and harmonious ecosystem, where shades of blue and green dominate the color palette.
Presentation
Passionate about ancient civilizations, space and nature, the artist often creates paintings representing endangered, extinct or hybrid species that are said to be preserved in a sanctuary somewhere around Saturn (Encélade series). The artist introduces us to an imaginary world where everything is possible and plunges us into an immersive experience through his creations in which the viewer can explore an idea or a story.
