A singular staging where the world of fashion meets surrealism. Three faceless silhouettes stand in a hazy space. Their blurred features transform these mannequins into contemporary specters.
The contrast of textures marks the composition. A leopard print opposes the sobriety of a dark dress. The accessories, bags, and high heels anchor the scene in a material reality while the background fades into a vaporous gray.
The digital work brings a pictorial dimension to this photograph. The grain of the image and the sepia tones evoke a distant memory or a dreamlike archive. The arrangement of the bodies creates a silent and enigmatic dialogue.
The figurative approach explores absence and identity here. The gaze focuses on the lines and volumes rather than on human expression. This 2026 creation plays on the ambiguity between the artifice of commerce and the poetry of emptiness. The final rendering is characterized by diffused light and softened contours.

Plastic artist and photographer
Marie-Rose Pisano develops a singular artistic approach around matter, the body, and human representation. Through photography and woodworking, she explores the forms, appearances, and transformations that reveal the presence of the human in their environment.
Her series "Anthropomorphs" testifies to her interest in the anthropomorphic forms that emerge from matter. Wood becomes a support for artistic exploration, revealing silhouettes and figures that are sometimes naive, sensitive, strange, or unsettling. Her work invites the viewer to discover a human dimension in sometimes unexpected forms.
With "Body in display," the artist also addresses the representation of the body through photography. She is interested in mannequins and display cases, visually questioning the boundary between human presence, appearance, and representation.
Her artistic universe is thus based on a dialogue between the real and the imaginary, between natural materials and constructed forms.
Through her different series, Marie-Rose Pisano offers a personal look at the objects, bodies, and materials that surround us, inviting everyone to pay new attention to the forms of everyday life.
