Digital design printed on aluminum-Dibon in 8 copies numbered and signed from 1 to 8.
Printing on alu-Dibon is done with UV inks with very high resistance to all types of light.
This captivating work is a bold exploration of geometry and color. It consists of a central black square, surrounded by thin rays that escape like a halo of light. In the center, three circles of green, white and red, aligned vertically, draw the eye and evoke a subtle balance. The bright yellow background, contrasting sharply with the dark square, infuses the composition with dynamic energy. The gray vertical lines in the background add a dimension of depth and complexity, establishing an intriguing visual dialogue between the elements. This work is distinguished by its ability to evoke different feelings, and to engage the viewer in a reflection on harmony and contrast. Presentation
Born in 1950 in Vendée in France, Joël Chasseriau is a self-taught visual artist, graphic designer, engraver and master art printer living in Paris.
A graphic designer for over twenty-five years, Joël Chasseriau was inspired by contemporary art when he visited the great studios of today's visual artists. Delving into the worlds of Robert Combas, Erro, Peter Klasen and Bernard Pras gave rise to the desire in him to participate in this creative effervescence and to launch himself into visual art.
Geometry and instinct. The artist instinctively begins his canvases with a first colored surface, this determining the next, and so on until the artist is completely satisfied. His work with the material and his singular aesthetic sometimes recalls the Bauhaus graphics that inspired him at the beginning. However, the painter absolutely does not seek to represent: he does not represent, he creates.
A recognized artistHis work in geometric abstraction has earned Joël Chasseriau numerous solo exhibitions in Europe, notably in France, Germany, Estonia, Belgium, Sweden and Denmark, but also in Israel.
