Biografie
G. Carta wurde 1986 in La Louvière (Belgien) geboren und lebt und arbeitet heute in Le Havre in der Normandie. Mit 16 Jahren griff sie zum ersten Mal zu Pinseln und Acrylfarben, was eine tiefe Leidenschaft für Porträts und den menschlichen Körper entfachte. Mit der Zeit verfeinerte sie ihre Technik und tauschte Acryl gegen die reiche Ölmalerei.
2019 traf sie eine entscheidende Entscheidung: Sie gab ihre Tätigkeit als Handelsvertreterin auf, um sich ganz ihrer künstlerischen Berufung zu widmen. Seitdem reisen ihre Werke durch Europa und die USA und erreichen Sammler, die sich für ihre einzigartige Welt begeistern.
Im Jahr 2023 war ihre Begegnung mit Ölpastellen eine wahre Offenbarung. Dieses Medium wurde zu einem Spielplatz, auf dem Texturen Emotionen zum Leben erwecken. Durch geschwungene Formen drückt sie Sinnlichkeit und Schmerz zugleich aus und webt einen intimen Dialog zwischen Farbe und Gefühl. Hauttöne verwandeln sich in Orange- oder Blautöne und erfinden die Existenz durch unerwartete Kontraste neu.
Ihre Kunst ist eine Suche nach Identität, tiefen Werten, Dekonstruktion und Rekonstruktion. Jedes Werk lädt zur Verletzlichkeit ein und bietet einen Einblick in ihre rohe und aufrichtige Realität.
