Feng Fangyu was born in Jiangnan in 1977, a region at the south of Yangtze River Delta.

The artist celebrates two of the most important forms of cultural legacy of the Kun Opera and art of traditional garden. As a love letter to the dying arts, he won his first international price in Austria in 2008.

Feng Fangyu pays homage to the chinese heritage and traditional arts with the modern technologies of photography and digital production.
