Chen Xuegang was born in 1968 in the province of An Hui.He used to study in the CAFA,majored in printmaking .He has set foot in many fileds like graphic designing,Illustrating ,TV advertising and animation directing.Now he spend most time making Experimental film ,video art new media art .He lives and works in Beijing as a freelance artist.In 2009's IFVA 14,his experimental film Tremble was nominated for the Asian New Power.Another his experimental film I won the annal TOP 10 experimental film in the 6th China Experimental Film Festival.He started to making GIF micro_animation as an experiment of modern network art making.
