Aicha Muteba graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Kinshasa. In a semi-abstract style with strong chromaticism, he explores the various facets of Congolese society and national life. In her early days, Muteba had the chance to collaborate with the Franco-American artist Laurence Willie, who has since tragically disappeared in Haiti. Today he explores new avenues, mixing painting, street performances and installations.
