Portrait Having spent thirty-five years of his life in South America, landing in Brittany for the love of a Breton woman who is now in flight, and spending his retirement in Gouézec, this is what is called a complete change of life. Parisian senior executive In Paul Léone's mind, life mingles with that of a Parisian senior executive who, one day fed up with business and IT among others, took his backpack to travel to South America and the life after. A life of bohemia and acrobat, to seek family roots in Argentina by living odd jobs, sometimes also being an astrologer, then discovering Paraguay, and often blues at heart, despite everything. “I had the spleen of France and experienced the loneliness of an expatriate. So, in those moments, I would see fireworks again on July 14 in Paris or a trip to the Pont d'Avignon, ”Paul confides. Flashes that he has since transposed onto the board of his paintings collages on wood, worked like a master glassmaker. Initially, a child's room decor And here he explains how he got this idea of making these funny puzzle paintings: “one day, in Argentina, I wanted to make a decor for a child's room and this is how my passion for woodworking caught up with me ”. A work of craftsman where patience is at the rendezvous "because I have to cut upstream with a jigsaw after having made the drawing on the plywood board, then glue and fill the interstices with plaster before affixing acrylic paint ”. And then the imagination which races in this final artistic phase. The reminder of everything that made the life of Paul Léone, the colors and the exotic, of South America but not only. These movements which always undulate and fascinate him, or even feminine curves. And then his attraction for the Northern Lights or the NASA pictures. Curiosity on the lookout, listening to the world and the news, A visit to the lair of this little man-orchestra with multiple lives is a guaranteed change of scenery. One feels that monotony is not the cup of tea for someone who has also composed and sung in his life (even in Spanish the family language), without making a career out of it. Singer-songwriter "But if I sang in Buenos Aires, Brazil and Paraguay, it's because one day when I was a recognized astrologer, I was asked to write songs for the woman according to her astral chart. This is how I became a singer-songwriter and recorded my first record. Others followed, but I mainly sang France, Montand and Les Feuilles mortes, Piaf and La vie en rose, or Comme d'habitude. "
