Seel

Born in the late 1970s in the South of the Ile-de-France. Seel discovers the graphic arts through the practice of skateboarding. In 1996 he began his pictorial activity through graffiti.

As of the end of his studies of art and visual communication, Seel freelance his graphic activity. In parallel to his professional activity, he organizes and participates in several exhibitions, first based on graffiti and then on graphic design and painting.

He then abandons exhibitions to focus on drawing and collage. For several years and for the sake of independence, he has gradually set up its screen printing workshop, which allows him to reproduce his drawings in limited series.

Its logo named "Memo" for Memento Mori takes up the idea of the Vanities in art. Seel addresses different themes often centered around nature, death, myths... Today, he prepares several exhibitions and works on news works always combining this specific graphic approach, but also sculpture.
