Alain Hatat

Alain Hatat was born in Reims in 1948. He began to photograph for the House of Culture in Reims in 1970 and developed this activity for 17 years. He captured with his camera theater, dance, concerts, exhibitions, festivals for this dynamic cultural association known nationally in France.

In 1985, after a 2-month internship at the Gamma agency as a photo-reporter, he gets the first prize in a contest for a reportage produced at the Courville quarry where the "famous" stone used for the restoration of the Cathedral of Reims was extracted. This story ended with photos of a stone masons whose workshops were located on the south side of the edifice.

Since 1987, he has been a correspondent for the Reuters, Gamma agency, and has been working for daily newspapers and magazines. In Reims, he works for the Flâneries Musicales festival during 19 years in collaboration with the local community. He traveled several times to Benin, for the international theater festival and Voodoo ceremonies. In Morocco, he was the photographer of the ""Rallye des Gazelles"" during four editions of the event.

Jean-Marie Lejude

After studying at the Music and Dance College of the Mysore University (India), Jean-Marie Lejude had the chance to be involved in Jacques Lecoq's work. He also worked as an actor with Jorge Lavelli, Jean-Pierre Vincent, Lucian Pintilie and especially Benno Besson. In his creations, the content, the worm and the writing go hand in hand.

He is particularly interested in the confrontation and the mix between languages and the different ways of listening to them, to the works and the music. That lead him to direct plays in Norwegian (Jon Fosse) at the Open Theatre in Oslo, in classical Arab (Maïssa Bey, at the National Theatre of Alger) or in Vietnamese at the Hanoi Opera.
