Angélina Nové started photography at the age of 16. After a hiatus of several years, following the loss of his brother, the artist returned to photography by creating his "double souls" - series of self-portraits in which the artist brings a second entity to life. "I created for myself this universe where the soul becomes a sister, a friend, a traveling companion. There, they really meet, without the social rules of decorum (...) they can show all their sweetness, their laughs but also what they have blackest. " Angelina Nové plunges us into a dreamlike and enigmatic atmosphere, connecting the bodily world to the spiritual world.
