Her real name Arielle Lange, KL is an artist who now lives near the Thau lagoon and who calls herself an “art dauber” It must be said that her technique (journal paper, acrylic, dipping and scraping on scrap materials) is unique. It is this originality which makes, in particular, the charm of the artist and his work. And the easiest way is to let her talk about herself! "After not very promising attempts as an actress, I quickly moved towards the light of spectacle, particularly theater. Several years of touring around the world. In 2002 after a big fatigue, I returned to creation, first photographic, then very quickly the photomontage takes over. After a few years of various and varied tests to develop my technique with often more than doubtful results, I decided in 2008 to put myself more seriously to work and began to confront the gaze of others. What now? Having taken a step back from my painting, I decide to focus on what interests me most: the Human. I want a simple painting that can be read by all , even (and especially) if each one leaves in his own imagination. I create my images intuitively letting myself be guided by the emotion of the moment, or even as I often paint when I wake up, I put the snippets of a dream or a nightmare. The basis of my paintings is It is always a photomontage, with personal photos or TV images, (on average 5 to 6 photos to create a character). Then ... technique ... patience ... emotion ... I don't really have any artistic influence or rather maybe I have a multitude of them, but maybe it's the music that directs me most, especially jazz and Italian opera. I am also very marked by the theater and more particularly the light of the theater. Even if I believe that my painting will always only be the reflection of my emotions, I do not want to be locked in a box, I would even say that it distresses me terribly. "
