Françoise Bagnéres

It is the wild nature that gave her first lessons in art to Françoise Bagnéres. She came into contact with her mysterious visual language at a very young age. Baudelaire in his poem Correspondances and Rimbaud in Sensation evoke it very well. As an adult, Françoise took courses at the former Académie Julian (ESAG-Penninghen) for four years, then seven years with a painter. The highlight of her career is undoubtedly the day when she made the decision to cast off by reorienting her artistic vision, strongly marked by all the achievements of her initial training and teachings, to take to the open sea and sail solo. The triggering factor of his inspiration and the plastic expression of his style take their source in a particular vibration of light.
