Born in 1980 in Sète, Xavier Aliot pursued studies in Animation Cinema.
Originally from Sète, living in Montpellier, Xavier Aliot is a multifaceted artist. Designer, director, designer, graphic designer, Xavier also teaches in specialized art schools.
In 2005, he wrote and directed “Oui Maman”, an animated short in the official selection of the Mediterranean Cinema Festival. In 2006, he wrote and co-directed “Exit”, an award-winning 8-minute animated short in Alexandrines, which is shown in numerous festivals around the world, including the Annecy Animation Film Festival.
After a year spent in Canada and three at the head of an animated film production company, he became a 3D animation and drawing teacher in a school that trains people in video games.
Since this period, he has devoted all his free time to writing, resuming studies in philosophy and graduating in 2012. He notably writes in his first psychological thriller, “Le PPRISME” which he self-publishes and publishes in 2011. In 2009 , he begins writing “Until the end”, a collection of sonnets to be published in July 2017.
With a refined aesthetic, with a pencil, pen, or felt-tip pen, Xavier uses techniques of drawing, classic portraiture while offering a free, modern, committed and sensitive adaptation.
Comic book designer and director of short and feature films, animated or not, Xavier, author, screenwriter, conceives his aesthetic and graphic universe as much.
