Biography
Man & Pia is an artist duo formed by Manolo and Pia, who met in 1987 in the Applied Arts Olivier de Serres in Paris. He is a graphic designer and a photographer, she is an interior designer and a visual artist. Together they founded a graphic design studio in 1996 and developed an innovative plastic photography method that has allowed them to do many exhibitions in France and abroad. In parallel to their design activity, Pia and Manolo have as well, a workshop in which they both paint. They perform works in acrylic on canvas depicting mainly landscapes in warm autumnal tones and in a figurative and stylize style.
