Photographer born in Paris, half Tahitian by her mother and half jewish and Tunisian by her father, Kim Akrich is a young woman who's lived a thousand lives.
She has spent ten years in Paris, ten others in Tahiti, then went back to Paris for a few more years, with stops in Switzerland, the US and Irak, decides to settle down on the beautiful island of Bora Bora for three years, left again for a one year adventure in Sydney, and is now back to Paris.
A mix of various inspirations from all over the world that led her to photograph with audacity and some sort of tropical warmth.
Women, in all their glory, as her favorite subject, she imagines scenes where bodies in turquoise lagoons seem to live an endless summer and will take you as far as your eyes can dream.
Between exoticism and erotism, Kim takes us in a sweet affair with the end of the world.
