Marcella Martial walks through life with her camera, an almost natural extension of herself, delivering to us through her pictures the "dreams" of a city-dweller with a falsely casual look but always keen. Sometimes nonchalantly, sometimes with dazzling energy, she "crunches" while drawing the lens: children, street characters, the sweetness of simple little pleasures, the comical of a situation, the beauty of Paris that she loves and so many other moments of everyday life that have already been the subject of exhibitions, the most recent of which was held in the summer of 2015 and had the theme of Childhood Insouciance.
A universe in which this artist bathes but also a state of mind that she has never given up, fully claiming to have preserved a part of her childish soul, a sensitivity that is reflected in her work as a photographer.
