Samuel Feron has been photographing landscapes of the world for 15 years, with a predilection for desert, cold and volcanic regions. Like an insatiable jeweler, he aims at refining and transcending the raw and hidden gems offered by the Nature.
His work has been awarded in several international contests as recently in the last three years:
- 2019: Winner in Nature, ND Awards ; Special Mention Jean Larivière in the Salon des Beaux Arts, Carrousel du Louvre ; Bronze in Nature, Moscow Foto Awards ; Silver in Fine Art, Tokyo Foto Awards
- 2018: Gold, Silver and Bronze in Nature, Moscow Foto Awards ; Gold in Epson Pano Awards ; 3rd in The Spider Awards
- 2017: 1st Place in Monochrome Awards
In 2016, he joined the international jury of Px3 and in 2017, the jury of IFAP.
He founded in 2015 Terra Quantum, a project that aims at gathering the most beautiful pictures of our planet. With the help of a permanent and international jury who reviews all submitted pictures before publication, Terra Quantum focuses on photographic excellence.
