Alessandro Vianello

Born in: 1969

Alessandro Vianello is an Italian artist born in Venice in 1969. He is self-taught and began his artistic career in 2009, by portraying a pictorial language and being innovative, through his quest for evolution. In 2015, he worked with Federico Zuin and created SPACE ARTELIER, his independent exhibition space at Villa Braida, a 19th century historical manor at the brink of Venice and it has a collection of works in one of its most prestigious rooms. Vianello's technique is unique. He uses one of his sketches and calls it "raw material" and then he molds each pixel of the image with a mouse and a computer, as it is these human imperfections which make a piece of art perfect. He creates a layer of fluid material and calls it digital art. With his unconventional technique, Vianello paints millimeter by millimeter with a set of tiny brushes and bristles, virtually sensitive to pressure and angle. He immerses himself into the material to redefine the outlines, surfaces, shadows, colors and even the vision by creating a harmonious 3D and an illusion, inspiring life into the work. In his unique work, there is a perfect balance due to attention to detail and high resolution, you can admire the various techniques like impressionism, realism through heavy-handed painting, expressive colors. According to Vianello, details play an important role: one can admire his genius when one stands close to his work and sees how lifelike they are. Or by stepping back and admiring the details which make his painting all the more unique.
