Gianluca Oldani (Prajapati)

Prajapati is a visual project started in 2016 with the aim of exploring the possibilities given by new technologies to the artistic and abstract photography. Specifically, the research deepens the overlapping technique of pictures of light and patterns. This technique allows to create abstract landscapes in which our mind is moving between the recognition of familiar patterns and brand new scenarios, putting us right on the edge of rationality and creativity. By using different kind of lenses, low and hi def pictures and pushing the pixels -as the structure of digital images - to their limits, new texturing possibilities open in a sort of painting with light and pixels.
