Aliona Ojog is an artist, engraver, Illustrator and set designer born in 1984 in Chisinau, Moldova. She studied at the Academy of Arts of Moldova where she specialized in engraving. She then moved to France where she obtained a Masters degree in Plastic arts from the School of Contemporary Fine Arts of Clermont-Ferrand and then studied theater and design at the School of Art of Monaco. She currently lives and work in the South of France.
Aliona uses a wide variety of techniques to create her pieces including acrylic paint, China ink, collages and engraving. Her rigorous and subtle creations make us share a world of poetry and humor in which objects, personages and animals can have a hidden meaning an unexpected life.
Aliona uses her talent to illustrate books and works with fashion designers to create promotional posters as well.
