Born in Ukraine, Marynka Ostriv is an artist with heightened sensitivity. Graduated from the Fine Arts School in Lutzk, the artist moved to France in 2010. She received teachings with the key Chinese masters: Wong Wa, Shi Bo and Chen DeHong (Chinese painting, calligraphy, seal engraving art).
Marynka Ostriv opted for Indian ink and natural pigments to make up mirror work of the Western world. The ancient techniques of Chinese calligraphy, borders on contemporary vision. A particularly unique and painstaking process, made up of occult Taoist themes.
