This unique work skillfully blends nature and modernity. A slice of wood, with visible rings evoking the passage of time, is placed on a metal base. This rustic disc is partly adorned with colorful geometric shapes, bursting with turquoise blue, bright yellow, and flamboyant orange, and enhanced with purple lines. These vibrant colors contrast with the raw, organic texture of the wood, creating a captivating visual harmony. The addition of these geometric patterns evokes abstract art, while respecting the natural essence of the piece. The interplay between the artificiality of modern colors and the original purity of the wood gives the work a symbolic depth, illustrating the dialogue between man and nature. French artist born in 1983, Toncé is interested very young to the drawing and to all the forms of Art. The discovery of the Graffiti at the end of the 90's and the 15 years of intensive practice which followed directed his work to graphic compositions on paintings mixing forms and colors.
