Anna-Lisa Unkuri

Self-taught, Anna-Lisa Unkuri (born in Sweden in 1979) received an aesthetic shock by discovering the work of Kandinsky and Hundertwasser. Which did not deterred her from keeping the human figure as the center of her paintings. She handles the subject of childhood, femininity with gentleness and a bit of melancholy.

Having lived for four years in France where she had already attracted the interest of the market, Anna-Lisa Unkuri exhibited her work in Paris, at the Factory of Public art, at The Institut Tessin (Swedish Cultural Center), as well as in Sweden and Australia.
