Shahzad Hassan Ghazi was born in 1983 in Lahore, Pakistan. In 2002 he began studying art and in 2003 he began studying miniature painting, eventually becoming a master at the dying traditional practice.

The artist works on new assembling of construction through the dotted lines. His work is a relationship between shapes, spaces donating to discipline in life .This comes from the artist's long practice in traditional miniature painting that is particular to South East Asia. Pakistan has inherited a long and rich history in this medium and has taken it to another level. This practice takes a lot of discipline and is almost meditation in its repetition of dots, strokes and mark making. That is a mystery and a source of excitement on a daily basis
