Hungarian artists

Zsofi Barabas, graduated from the Universty of Arts of Tokyo, from the University of Pecs in Hungary and from the School of Fine Arts of Budapest. His abstract paintings are like bursted kites. The artist creates a certain smoothness by using monochromatic tones that he superimposes with triangles and hétéroclite strips, always anchored in euphoric colors. It is not for nothing that one of his solo exhibitions in Japan was accompanied by the theory of utopias of Michel Foucault. These lines that give the big features to the world of Zsofi Barabas: "His counter spaces, his localized utopias, that children know perfectly. Like the background of a garden, an attic, or an indian tent lying in the middle of a granary....the sky, which we can reach by jumping with springs, or a forest, where we can hide.... " Michel Foucault, Les Hétérotopies. The artist has done numerous solo exhibitions, in several galleries such as in Budapest (Nador Gallery in 2011), and in (Helsinki in 2007, London in 2006). Besides that, he has also made several group exhibitions in Rome "Rain Come Down" in 2016, in Japan "Utopia" in 2014, as well as in Bratislava, Göppingen, Germany and Vienna.
