Conversation explores the overlapping pattern of a shape. Part of a decorative culture of the object, she mixes references and styles to make them dialogue with each other. Overall patterns inspired by gouache models of paisley designs, tapestry archives, kilims or wallpapers from the 50s, meet and match. Supported by three cylindrical legs of different diameters, the top takes the natural shape of a section of wood. After a series of flat pattern research, a first cardboard model was created in order to evaluate the rhythm relationships, before painting the wooden model.

Presentation
A multidisciplinary creator in design and visual arts, Clémentine Chambon evolves between art, crafts and industry. Originally from Nîmes, she graduated from the Boulle school in 2003 and from ENSCI, where she was hosted in a research residency on light and paper. Since 2019, she has collaborated with prestigious furniture and decoration houses, while maintaining a personal plastic research that she exhibits with galleries or for specific orders. With a solid culture of decorative arts and a particular attachment to color and decor, she draws, traces and paints forms with a pronounced contemporary feel. His approach is embodied in lasting productions, imbued with cheerfulness and poetry, which mark his singularity.
In 2019, a selection of his work around the Elliptic Chair was acquired by the National Center for Plastic Arts (CNAP). Her Doll lamp in Calais Caudry lace is part of the permanent national collections of Mobilier National, following the 2021 acquisition campaign.
His Shelter project - research-creation of an ecosystem for the recovery and reuse of driftwood following winter storms - is one of the 264 artistic projects selected by the New Worlds program of the Ministry of Culture and was carried out over two seasons with the agglomeration of the Land of Gold.
