Biography
Michel Rauscher is a passionate self-taught photographer and painter. He travels a lot, preferably on the African continent, constantly stimulating his curiosity in order to find new colors and lights.
His inspiration stems from his never ending need to discover new places as well as his fascination for the interpretation of his dreams. In a style that reminds us naive art, Michel Rauscher's paintings and graceful silhouettes evoke poetry and serenity.
Considered to be the emblematic figure of what some people call "ethnic sensitivity", Michel Rauscher has charmed Amnesty International and other publishers. His work has been exposed in many galleries, in France and around the world.
