Biography

Tom Hunters meticulously composed, painterly scenes work on multiple levels. One of his most famous images, inspired by Vermeer s Girl Reading a Letter at an Open Window, depicts a young woman reading an eviction notice, highlighting the housing struggles of the squatter community.
