Biography
Born in Belgium in Knokke le Zoute, Catherine Rens is a self-taught artist who has lived on the Côte d'Azur for over 30 years. She finds her inspiration in nature and draws trees and stylized silhouettes.
Over the years she was introduced to acrylic painting and her style evolved towards surrealist representations with permanent questions. The graphics, the disarticulation of forms and a varied palette of colors materialize the reproduction of his imagination.
She participates in several collective and solo exhibitions in Monaco and Nice.
