Mocas was born in 1972, she is a French artist. She has a bachelors degree in Visual arts from Sorbonne, following this she obtained an HND in interior architecture in Angouleme. She lives and works in Paris. While working as an artist, she taught applied art in the Department of education and was the director of the cultural service in Hauts de Seine from 2007 until 2010. In a generous and passionate manner, Mocas overlays materials and colors and leans on informal painting. Through a range of colors and unfathomable strength, the famous artist celebrates light and darkness. She received several awards during her career: laureate of the Beaux-Arts prize in 2015, painting prize from Fine Arts Rueil-Malmaison in 2005, painting prize at salons d’arts Hauts de Seine in 2004. She has done several exhibitions in galleries and fairs.
