BIOGRAPHY

biography under completion

"A fictive world narrating poetry and able to show how everyone soul's beauty might be found in everyday's objects."

Julie de Terssac-Grugeaux was born in 1984 in Vienne. She has discovered her passion for drawing during her childhood. She's a self-taught artist who discovered the passion for painting with watercolors.
After having focused on her scientific career, in 2011 she reinvented herself as a painter and decorator. In september 2011 she has graduated at the CAP in painting and decoration, and since that day she is dedicating wholly to her passion.

Julie is an illustrator as well, she works on childhood editions.
Julie might be considered a brush's acrobat. Today she has an atelier near Bordeaux where she juggles with colors and matter. She tears apart, she cuts, she sticks papers and tissues, she draws and paints taking advantage of every kind of technique to introduce the spectator in her staggered, sparkling, poetic and a little bit retro world. Her voracious curiosity induces her to experiment constantly new techniques.
Her painting narrates everyday's life and the poetry of being. Its beauty is everywhere and is reflected in every object.
