Peam’s

Originally born on the walls of our streets and ephemeral by nature, Street art or urban art has been adapted by Peam's to blend in with the canvas… Graffiti artist, street artist, painter… this artist who cannot fit into boxes asserts its freedom of creation as well as its desire to reach as many people as possible.

Today he lives in Sarthe near the city of Le Mans and develops a technique combining dynamic colors and faces, far from what he produces on the wall, his work on canvas takes up what he likes in graffiti: the dynamic and colors.

I needed something where I could work on the dynamics and catch the eye while telling a story, the faces came as obvious.

I love the dynamics that the movement of the hair can have, the expressions, but especially the look that says a lot ...

When people ask me "Why this woman?" Or "Who is she?" », I answer them that it is simply a woman who smiles, it is an unknown person, each one will tell his story and will interpret, in his own way, the canvas. I don't like to "direct" the viewer, I prefer them to wander around in their imagination - just like I was able to do during the creation of my canvas.

He chose to represent the faces of strangers and thus shares his passion for graffiti with everyone. These faces stand out against a panel of vibrant colors sprayed, directly reminiscent of the walls invested by urban artists in our cities.
