Avi Balaish

Avi Belaish was born in 1954, Israel.
At a very young age, he was introduced to the world of drawing and art through the encouragement and support of his mother.

While growing up Avi received his formal education in the kibbutz “Kinneret". And at the age of 16 started to study art. His studies in the kibbutz greatly influenced his point of view on the world, which helped him create and develop his own techniques.

During his military service, he took part in the various art project and also worked as an IDF base designer. following his military service, he began working as a graphic designer and billboard artist in “Abudi Pirsum Huzot" Company which contracted large projects with many municipalities. During that time he was promoted to studio manager.
