

Biography
Enrique Marin was born in Seville in 1935. He lives and works in Auxerre. It is divided between Spain, Italy and Brittany. After studying at the “Arts et Métiers” in Seville, in 1958 he joined the National School of Fine Arts in Paris where he discovered lithography with PE Clairin, engraving by joining the JE Bersier and R. Cami workshop. , L. Coutaud, then by rubbing shoulders with the engraver and printer Raymond Haasen with whom he became a friend. From then on, engraving will occupy a preponderant place in his career.
His many exhibitions followed one another from 1957 and took him across all of Europe: Seville, Paris, Venice, Madrid, Amsterdam, Stuttgart, Rome ... in all: 90 personal exhibitions were dedicated to him and participated in more than 80 Biennials and contemporary art fairs.
Enrique Marin is an artist who has frequented the intaglio workshops of Métairie Bruyère. He made many prints there with the accomplice help of Robert and Lydie Dutrou / RLD
