Elijah Olanase

Elijah Olanase born in 1999 is a contemporary visual artist from Nigeria, who primarily paints portraits and figures with oil paints and acrylic on canvas. His work explores history, culture, time, simplicity, and purity and represents the contemporary African version of emotions.

His technique is thin and thick layers of colours, to create expressions, movements and textures through my subjects. Every one of his works passes different expressions, in the way of touching people's lives, in positive ways.

His works have been featured in various exhibitions home and abroad and his works have also been purchased by different collectors.
