Biography

Antonio Camaró, a Valencian painter, holds a degree in Fine Arts from the San Carlos Polytechnic School in Valencia. He also studied Social and Cultural Anthropology at UNED. In 2017, he was named "Painter of Understanding and Peace between Civilizations and Cultures" by UNESCO, in recognition of the social and human commitment he expresses through his works.

Antonio Camaró develops a humanist and spiritual painting, exploring universal themes such as coexistence, the search for truth and the human condition. His paintings, rich in symbolism, mix classical and contemporary influences, playing on contrasts of light and texture. His expressive style, centered on the gaze and emotions, seeks to awaken reflection and dialogue between cultures.

Rewarded with several distinctions, including the Gold Medal of the European Economic and Competitiveness Association and the Arte Senza Frontiere Prize, Antonio Camaró is recognized for his dedication to artistic expression and the values it conveys. His works have been exhibited at major events, including the 50th anniversary of May 68 and a tribute to Martin Luther King in Geneva in 2018.
